ISSUE

In case the PC has been shut down and is connected to the USB-C (TM) to HDMI (R) / VGA Travel Adapter [PA5272U], the Power-LED of the PC is off and the PC is might not be charging.

RESOLUTION | Short

The USB-C to HDMI/VGA Travel Adapter offer the functionality to enhance your computer capabilities by connecting an external monitor and other peripherals to your computer's USB Type-C port with this adapter.

You can also charge your computer by connecting the original AC adapter to the USB Type-C Adapter.

Background
